Warranty

Warranty Scope

  • 12-month warranty for any component failure.
  • Manufacturing defects in system or components.
  • Labour for remedying agreed warranty issues.

Warranty Exclusion

  • Defects caused by operator misuse.
  • Travel time, cost, and subsistence for HyKit personnel.
  • Cost of transporting equipment to and from the HyKit facility if required.
  • Consumable items like filters.

Warranty Eligibility

  • Operators must maintain records of weekly inspections.
  • Weekly inspections are operator responsibility and not in scope of Annual Service Contract:
    • General cleaning of equipment.
    • General inspection of equipment.
  • Annual service activities must be carried out in accordance with service scope.
  • The equipment must only be operated by suitably trained personnel.

Service

Service Scope

  • Customer Support Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm excluding public holidays.
  • Reasonable endeavours 7 working days call-out response time for unplanned maintenance.
  • Quarterly on-site scheduled maintenance (based on fleet HQ).
  • Consumable parts required for routine maintenance.
  • All routine maintenance labour.
  • Latest software version, and telemetry.
  • Stock holding of routine and unplanned maintenance parts.

Service Price

  • Pricing on request.
  • Coverage is for 12 months.
  • Price for additional support or out of warranty maintenance:
    • Service technician £900 per day
    • Engineering support £600 per half day.
    • Engineering support includes developing custom simulation, custom refuelling tables, custom comms protocols, etc.
    • Travel and subsistence expenses at cost.
    • Non-service Parts are supplied at cost plus 20%.
