Customer Support Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm excluding public holidays. Quarterly on-site scheduled maintenance. Reasonable endeavours 7 working days call-out response time for unplanned maintenance.

Warranty
Warranty Scope
12-month warranty for any component failure, including:
- Manufacturing defects in the system or components.
- Labour for resolving agreed warranty issues.
Warranty Exclusions
- Defects caused by operator misuse.
- Travel time, costs, and subsistence for HyKit personnel.
- Cost of transporting equipment to and from the HyKit facility if required.
- Consumable items like filters.
Warranty Eligibility
- Operators must maintain records of weekly inspections.
- Weekly inspections are the operator’s responsibility and are not included in the Annual Service Contract.
Annual Service Contract Scope
- General cleaning of equipment.
- General inspection of equipment.
- Annual service activities must be carried out in accordance with the defined service scope.
- Equipment must only be operated by suitably trained personnel.
Service
Service Scope
- Customer Support Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm excluding public holidays.

- Consumable parts required for routine maintenance except filters.
- All routine maintenance labour.
- Latest software version, and telemetry.
- Stock holding of routine and unplanned maintenance parts.
Service Pricing
- Pricing on request.
- Coverage is for 12 months.
- Price for additional support or out of warranty maintenance:
- Service technician is £900.00 per day.
- Engineering support is £600.00 per half day.
- Engineering support includes developing custom simulation,
custom refuelling tables, custom comms protocols, etc. - Travel and subsistence expenses at cost.
- Non-service Parts are supplied at cost plus 20%.
